50 years: the stamp
CSM was established 50 years ago by Prince Rainier III.
To celebrate its 50th anniversary a postage stamp was created by collaboration with the Office of Stamps issued by the Principality of Monaco.
The 50th anniversary of CSM stamp. It represents a polyp of the tropical coral Stylophora pistillata (actual size 1 mm).
This coral is grown in CSM's coral culture facility where tropical conditions are recreated.
